Abstract

Advanced clinical studies propose and prove multiple immunological and non- immunological therapeutic directed to interfere proinflammatory cytokines so in this way to modulate and to reduce the inflammatory answer of the guest set against the insults of infectious origin. Nevertheless, these highly costly studies, forget the early intervention that can do the doctor on the first phase of the syndrome of systemic inflammatory answer and the diagnosis of the children with the risk of hidden bacteriemia. Update information on this novel and controversial theme, to compile the greater quantity of experiences in experts of the theme and to improve the quality of the attention to our sickpersons, was revised.
