A patient that came to the implantology consultation at "Dr. Ismael Clark and Mascaró"   Educational Provincial Odontology Clinic of Camagüey, presenting absence of the first left upper premolar (2.4). The patient was integrally valued by the work team, who presented  the established requirements for this type of treatment, the patient  had good state of health, adequate bone and excellent oral hygiene. During the clinical appraisal and the surgical treatment models of study, x-rays and photographs were carried out. Intervention results to place the implant were successful.
