An observational descriptive study with the objective to know the behavior of the conization by radiosurgery in the treatment of preneoplastic lesions of the cervix uteri, was carried out. The universe was constituted by the first 100 patients operated with this method in the Cervix Pathology consultation at "Ana Betancourt de Mora", Provincial Maternal Hospital coming from the premature diagnosis program of cervix uteri cancer, in the year 2004. Due to the beginning of this ambulatory surgery in our province, the obtained results with the said technique, are presented. Different variables were analyzed and it was observed that patients among 26-35 years predominated (39%); regarding to the lesion grade, did not was correlation among the procedures performed, the organic cytology was modified with regard to histological study of the cone. The colposcopy turned out to be atypical, in almost the totality of the patients and was corresponded with the histological results in a 98%. The edges of surgical section were free in the 93%. The complications were null. The conization by radiosurgery turned out to be a procedure of great acceptance, low morbility and economic, for which can substitute the cone in cold and to be the alternative for the diagnosis and treatment of the cervix uteri preinvasive neoplasia.
