A patient of 16 years with osteogenous osteosarcoma diagnosis located in the third distal of the right femur is presented, it was carried out to him a biopsy followed by preoperative chemotherapy, later it was performed to him disarticulation at hip level. The main objective of this investigation is to carry out a revision of this infrequent illness in the boy, and to stand out its importance in the premature diagnosis and the conduct to follow.
