PEREZ DE LA TORRE, Lincoln Manuel.

Conclusiones: ¼ de los ultrasonografiados presentó enteroparasitosis cuyos síntomas básicos fueron: biliares y pépticos; la giardiasis usualmente estreñimiento; varios presentaron cuadro urinario o ginecológico secundario; todos eran de eminente diagnóstico clínico.^len^aBackground: from years the sonographic requests have been increased by intra and extraintestinal manifestations of enteroparatasitosis; real and eminently diagnose by interrogation. Objective: the diagnostic failure that induces greater expense in echography. Method: a descriptive study to three thousand four hundred sixty-one patients was carried out in the Municipal University Hospital Armando E. Cardoso of Guáimaro, from February 14 to July 28 2006. Interrogation and laboratory data were picked up, where tarjado method was applied. Results: the 24% presented intra and extradigestive symptoms of enteroparasitosis; being proved the cause in 180 (5,2%). The 43% of gynecopathies was associated to enteroparasitosis. The related uropathies were: urosepsis to repetition in women, and false prostatism. The diagnostic weight for giardiasis relapsed in constipation. Conclusions: ¼ of the ultrasonographied patients presented enteroparasitosis whose basic symptoms were: biliary and peptic; giardiasis usually constipation; several presented urinal or secondary gynecological pictures; all were of eminent clinical diagnosis.
