Fundamento:

la estrategia es una herramienta de dirección que facilita procedimientos y técnicas con un basamento científico, que empleadas de manera literativa y transfuncional, contribuyen a lograr una interacción proactiva de la organización con su entorno, coadyuvando a lograr efectividad en la satisfacción de las necesidades del público objetivo a quien está dirigida su actividad.

Objetivo:

analizar la estrategia como herramienta en el desarrollo científico de Enfermería.

Métodos:

se realizó una revisión bibliográfica con el método de análisis bibliográfico, a través de una búsqueda realizada sin restricciones de idioma, desde el año 1944 en que se publica el primer estudio relacionado con el tema tratado, hasta el momento actual, año 2017, al seguir en el análisis un orden cronológico. Los términos que se utilizaron para la búsqueda, localizados en el DeCS, fueron: enfermería, teorías, ciencias en las bases de datos: Lilacs, Medline, PubMed y SciELO en las que se identificaron 254 documentos publicados, de ellos se seleccionaron para esta revisión 24 documentos que responden de manera puntual al objetivo, entre los que se encuentran, 10 tesis, 14 artículos nacionales y extranjeros.

Conclusiones:

el estado del arte del proceso de formación y desarrollo de las competencias investigativas, le proporcionaron a los autores un conjunto de regularidades que le favorecen la construcción de una definición operativa de estrategia como resultado científico en Enfermería.

Background

The Strategy is a management tool that facilitates procedures and techniques with a scientific base, which are used in an iterative and trans-functional way, they help to achieve a proactive interaction of the Organization with its Environment, contributing to achieve effectiveness in the satisfaction of the target audience´s needs to whom its activity is directed.

Objective

to analyze the strategy as a tool in the scientific development of nursing.

Methods

a bibliographic review was carried out with the method of bibliographic analysis, through a search made without language restrictions, since the year 1944 in which the first study related to the subject was published, until the present time, year 2017, following a chronological order in the analysis. The terms that were used for the search, located in the DeCS, were: Infirmary, theories, Sciences in Data Bases: Lilacs, Medline, PubMed and SciELO in which 254 published documents were identified, of them 24 documents that respond in a timely manner to the objective were selected for this review, among these documents there are thesis (10) and national and foreign scientific articles (14).

Conclusions

the state of the art of the process of formation and development of the investigative competencies, provided to the authors a set of regularities that favor them the construction of an operative definition of strategy as scientific result in nursing.
