In our country, for a short time, use of medicinal plants has increase, and its finished products. Thos, it is necessary to control productions al local and clinical levels. In this paper, we present those regulations to apply for herbal drugs, to taking into account recommendations from Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) through numerous resolutions issued in favour of Traditional Medicine National Programs, where the great significance of Herbal Drugs is enphasized as regards to individual and community health. Finally, benefits obtained by means of adoption of abovementioned resolutions, include the most significant one: use of effective and safety herbal drugs.
