Over two years and every two months, a trial of vegetative replication was performed in rue (Ruta graveolens L.) in facilities of "Dr. Juan Tomás Roig" Experimental Station of Medicinal Plants in San Antonio de los Baños Municipality, Havana Province. In winter, and particularly in December and February months, and with elimination of terminal branch, are the suitable moment and form for replication of this species, obtaining a 60 %-100 % of growing roots.
