Validation of analytic technical was made to determination volatil oil in ginger tincture at 50 % produced in Cuba. The repetition of the method was evaluated by the design of three replica to three concentration. The exactness was evaluated by one recuperation study through the addition of patron to a tincture sample, diluted previosly at 50 % v/v, equivalent to a range of 10 to 150 % of the concentration of the evaluated samples. The lineality was determined evaluating five points through the solution mentioned previosly. The validation of analytic technical demostrated that it has a good repetition, linelity, and proporcionality but it¢s not exact corresponding with the procedure applicated, it¢s been resolved using a correction factor fc= 1,305.
