The study was carried out in three stages: diagnostic stage, intervention stage and evaluation stage. The primary data was obtained from the survey applied before and after the intervention. The results were presented in contingency tables and the summary measure the percentage. The variation percentage was used to measure the effectiveness of the intervention.

Results:

The study permited to increase the level of knowledge about the infection after the intervention.
