Abstract

The psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin. It is not contagious and can damage a great deal the life quality of the patients. There has been a lot of research about its origin, but there is still a lot to discover. This review aims at putting to the disposal of doctors, especially of dermatologists, the most important elements about the pathogenesis of this entity, so that it serves as guide and analysis in the guidance, treatment and follow up of those who suffer from this disease.
