The information obtained for the period 2002-2008 through the 3 permanent commissions of the Health Provincial Scientific Council is offered and its synthesis was analyzed cautiously in the evaluation of this organization which included: credited professional training activities and their main professors according to the teaching category, events carried out in the province; second degree specialization files, investigations projects and evaluated doctoral topics, electronic publications and other indicators, besides results, difficulties, work perspectives and final considerations.
