Abstract

An intervention strategy was conducted with the purpose of satisfying the training necessities of 106 professionals from "Dr. Juan Manuel Páez Inchausti" Health Technology Faculty in Santiago de Cuba during 2007-2008, thus drawing up scientific, cognitive and practical tasks. The updating courses were the most needed in different specialties and most of the professionals were trained by means of pedagogical and methodological activities.
