An evaluative investigation in 566 inhabitants belonging to the health area of the "28 de septiembre" Teaching Polyclinic of Altamira people's council was conducted in Santiago de Cuba, from September, 2007 to January, 2008, aiming at evaluating the vector service quality, taking into account the satisfaction of the inhabitants for the control against Aedes aegypti. It was found that the work done in this regard did not achieve the standard established of more than 70 % in the zone and the neighbor's insatisfaction was demonstrated with the activity conducted by the workers of the antivectorial campaign.
