An evaluative investigation was conducted in 60 workers of the Service of Vectors from "28 de Septiembre" Teaching Polyclinic, belonging to Altamira Popular Council in Santiago de Cuba, from September 2007 to January 2008, in order to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of those workers in the Aedes aegypti control, for which criteria, indicators and standards were established. The standard set in some of the evaluated criteria such as socioeconomic status, work organization and health care received was not reached, which showed their dissatisfaction with the service that they provide.
