The case report of a 29 year-old woman is presented, who was treated at the Maxillofacial Surgery Department in the Central Hospital of Nampula, Mozambique, due to a tumor in oral cavity for about 10 years. The results of complementary tests, including biopsy, confirmed the presence of ameloblastoma. Tumor was removed and the patient made good progress, with good aesthetic and functional rehabilitation.
