Systemic research is supported on patterns to infer the structure, which constitute a simulated representation of the system. This article proposes the construction of a theoretical pattern to sustain the dynamics of developmental tendencies of educational competence in training the professor of Health Technology. The construction of a pattern to structure study object revitalizes these tendencies and allows to impact on the improvement of the professor's performance. Therefore, the proposed pattern becomes a theoretical tool that allows the design of pedagogic and didactic alternatives for transforming the current state of this process.
