Abstract

RODRIGUEZ HECHAVARRIA, Inés María et al. Educational strategy for the quality of care to hypertensive patients in 2 health areas from Santiago de Cuba. MEDISAN [online]. 2013, vol.17, n.6, pp. 1023-1026. ISSN 1029-3019.

With this educational strategy it is our objective to contribute to the training of family doctors and nurses in the selected areas, what will allow to improve the quality of care given to hypertensive patients in the primary health level. Its implementation consists of 4 stages that are interrelated, and in which the diagnosis, preparation and the educational intervention of this care process are outstanding. Lastly, the evaluation of the feasibility of its practical application is important, which constitutes the fourth stage and will be carried out from socialization workshops, which also endorse it.
