The case report of a 49 year female patient is presented who was admitted in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Service from "Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso" Teaching General Hospital in Santiago de Cuba with the diagnosis of uterine fibroadenoma. An abdominal total hysterectomy with double anexectomy was carried out and the presence of an uterine fibroma and a tumor in the right Fallopian tube was observed. Chemotherapy and follow-up in the Oncological Hospital of this city was indicated
