The case report of a 31 years patient is presented, with the diagnosis of the virus of the human immunodeficiency/aids, assisted in "Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso" Teaching General Hospital in Santiago de Cuba for presenting, since approximately a month ago, fever during the afternoon, scarce cough, with little expectoration and whitish secretion, inappetence, as well as weight lost, without specifying quantity. The results of the examinations confirmed the diagnosis of lung tuberculosis, with a atypical radiographical pattern
