The term value is related to the person's own existence, since it affects his behavior, it forms and molds his ideas and conditions each persons feelings; consequently, the values are the order foundation and the personal and social balance. Thus, values education is a matter of commitment that supposes involvement in a transformation and/or deepening human project, of those conditions that, in any environment are considered desirable and ideal for the achievement of a society. With this work the medicine career professors have at their disposal a strategy for values education to be proposed and processed in "Eloy Alfaro" Lay University from Manabí, in Manta, Ecuador
