An exhaustive literature review was carried out, with the purpose of defining actions for the implementation of the doctor's visit, which will contribute to the medicine student's comprehensive development. For this, exchanges with experienced professors were carried out and the importance of the link between study and work was evaluated, as well as of the development of professional skills and values. Aspects, such as the professor's responsibility, all the members' participation, discipline and ethical principles of the profession, as well as organization and the way to carry it out, were defined
