Abstract

An exploratory and qualitative investigation in students from Health Technology Degree career was carried out starting from the deficiencies detected in the factual diagnosis regarding their ethical behavior in the different educational development contexts. Among the analyzed methods there were: analysis-synthesis, historical-logical, systemic-structural; interviews to managers and surveys to students. The proposal consisted on the elaboration of an educational actions system for the improvement of the professional training in general sense and ethical-humanist, in particular. Its application facilitated to link the cognitive, affective and behavioral components. Later on, some changes in the ways of these students performance were observed, which favored the strengthening of their comprehensive training
