The natural and traditional medicine is the group of very extended techniques all over the world whose aim is to reestablish the bioenergetic balance when it has been affected by the invasion of endogenous and exogenous pathogens agents; however, in spite of the demand increment of this therapeutic alternative, some limitations still exist for the lack of studies based on the application of a scientific method to obtain and evaluate the results, mainly for the therapeutic or diagnostic agents or procedures valuation through clinical trials. In this respect, in this work a methodology for the investigations design of clinical trial type in the natural and traditional medicine is suggested and contextualized on the base of the guide in order to make a clinical trial protocol elaborated by the Clinical Trials Coordinator National Cente
