The case report of a 62 years patient is described who was afraid of the conventional dental anesthetics, but she had great concern to rehabilitate her aesthetics with immediate prosthesis. It was decided to apply acupunctural anesthetic and to carry out the dental extractions so that she received the desired treatment. There were not adverse effects and the patient was satisfied with the results obtained, as well as with the advantages of this natural therapy
