The case report of a 18 years patient who was victim of sexual abuse when he was 14 years is presented, that was admitted at the Crisis Intervention Unit of "Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso" Hospital in Santiago de Cuba due to behavior disorders that impacted in the family and social environments, he also had conversion patterns and difficulty to walk. After a meticulous study it was confirmed that it was a personality psycopatization due to the trauma
