The case report of an 80 years patient is presented. He went to the otolaryngology service of Joaquin Castillo Duany Teaching Clinical Surgical Hospital in Santiago de Cuba, due to increase of volume in the left nostril, nasal obstruction, progressive secretion, migraine and bleeding. During the evaluation, a tumoral mass of approximately 3 cm of diameter was detected in the left nostril, with soft consistency and erythematous aspect, located in the superior portion of the nasal partition. The surgical exeresis of the lesion was carried out, and the histological and pathological study confirmed chronic rhinosinusitis with left unilateral nasal polyp.
