Education is considered the fundamental tool in health promotion and disease prevention, since it contributes to develop positive attitudes towards health in general and oral health specifically. An educational intervention study was carried out in 34 teachers belonging to "Rolando Pérez Quintosa" Special School from Santa Clara municipality, Villa Clara province. The main objective was to identify oral health learning needs. An educational program with 7 topics was designed and applied. At the end of the intervention, the level of information reached by the teachers was effective.
