A 64- year- old white female patient was presented in this paper. The patient was of rural origin, with a history of peripheral vascular disease in the lower limbs, attended at Provincial Consultation of Multidisciplinary Reference for patients with thyroid surgical diseases of Oncology Center of Vladimir Ilich Lenin University Hospital. The patient´s anterolateral right neck volume increased, with a year of evolution and had difficulty to swallow solid foods, she also had slight dysphonia. A thyroid invasive papillary carcinoma was diagnosed by clinical examination, corroborated by thyroid echography, and fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB). She underwent surgical treatment with common carotid revascularization.
