Introduction: the use of information and communication technology is relevant in Cuba and the educational software is an evidence of its application in the teaching- learning process. Objective: identify the form of using software in teaching learning process in Rehabilitation II subject and propose some methodological actions to use them. Methods: a development research on medical education about learning recourses from February 2010 to May 2011 at Artemio Mastrapa Dental Clinic in Holguin was carried out. Theoretical and empirical methods were used such as observation and interview. Results: teachers expressed the possibility of using the software in the teaching process of the subject and, the students showed independence and ability when using this product. One hundred per cent of students considered that the software have a nice presentation, the contents are good, the exercises are very useful as well as the video. 83.3% referred that the imagines are good and 27.7% of the students use the product for autopreparation. Conclusions: software of Rehabilitation II subject is used in whole forms of the teaching organization in Rehabilitation and the students used them to study. The proposed actions allow its implementation with a didactic use.
