Scientific research is one of the five functions of Medical Sciences professional and of course the publication of the results of any study is essential. In this research methods and empirical techniques were: interview, document review, scientific observation and analysis and synthesis method. Regulatory documents regarding ethics in scientific publications were analyzed. The modeling was applied in the development of proposed actions. A diagnosis to determine the level of knowledge on ethics in publications and scientific writing for health professionals was made. A set of actions was proposed to improve the writing of scientific publications, from an axiological approach, directed to the authors of the Correo Científico Médico Journal. The action system consists of four stages with some aspects that authors should take into consideration when preparing a scientific paper to publish. These actions can be suitable to professionals in other fields of knowledge
