Nowadays the universities adapt and improve their processes to get a service of quality between the involved parts. In this paper a methodology for the diagnosis of quality in the Medical Sciences University of Holguin is presented. Looking for an instrument that guarantees the eficiency and eficacy in the organization it is decided to make a design of a Quality Gestion System (QGS), that is defined as a joint of interrelated norms by means of which the quality is administered, seeking for improvement, stating how to register and control information, getting indicators to measure the eficiency in the Quality Gestion System according to the measure criteria selected under the ISO 9001:2008 norms.
