A two- year- old, male of white skin was presented, with a history of good health, who was admitted in clinical service of the Octavio de la Concepcion y la Pedraja University Pediatric Hospital, in August 2014, with fever of unknown origin. The evolutive abdominal ultrasound showed multiple hypodense lesions disseminated trough out the hepatic parenchyma; for this reason, hepatic metastasis was discussed. Abdominal laparoscopy with biopsy of the lesion confirmed granulomatous hepatitis. The evolution and prognosis was good.
