It is an approach of GIDEON, the global network of infectious diseases epidemiology, which is a interactive application of easy use, validated by multidisciplinary expert staff helping to health professional to create and/or to improve a diagnosis, to select the better treatment, to know the historical development and the course of communicable diseases and specially it is very useful in the teaching-educational process in the fields of Medicine, Clinic, Public Health and the Microbiology. This project is a good example of applications supported by multidisciplinary staff of professionals and institutions of high strictness to overcome the problems related to the low quality, the volume and the dissemination of the information on health matters available in Internet.
