Teaching-learning process is not conceived having an incorrect vocational training and motivation to study the different specialties at colleges, thus a research was carried out in order to corroborate the level of motivation those students opting for Medical Sciences in San Luis municipality during 2007 had. The sample was composed of 40 students from a total of 60, surveys, interviews and forms were applied using theoretical and empirical analysis, showing an insufficient motivation and vocational training of the students.
