Introduction: to prepare a project for scientific research is a difficult task due to the diversity of basic knowledge about Methodology of Scientific Research, Biostatistics and Economy which are necessary to face up the different sections of the project. Objective: to guarantee the suitable groundwork of research projects at any level as well as the uniform preparation for economic calculation (estimate) of the whole research projects of the province. Materials and Methods: a software package providing researchers with the preparation of research projects was designed taking as basis the official guide for a branch project of CITMA (according to the Ministerial Resolution 110/2009) and the numerous mathematical calculations of the estimate for a research project of automated way from the primary economic data. Results: the software package does not need to be installed. It is a useful tool to every researcher due to it easy management. It concentrates the fundamental and simplicity in a User's Manual. It is applicable and of small size (KB), reliable and efficient, having ease of use and maintenance having at the same time social, technological, scientific and economic benefits. This software is used by the 100% of the researchers in the province for the branch, territorial and institutional projects, useful for those writing thesis in the Termination of Medical Specialty and Master's Degree as well.
