TRUJILLO SAINZ, Zenobia de la Caridad; GUERRA PANDO, José Antonio  y  HENRIQUEZ TRUJILLO, Daimy. Perception of professors and directives of morphology and physiology subjects concerning the essentials to prepare final evaluation instruments. Rev Ciencias Médicas [online]. 2013, vol.17, n.4, pp.154-163. ISSN 1561-3194.

Introduction: the evaluation of Teaching-Educational process due to its objectivity can be reliable and pertinent; it is always object of a crucial reflection in each of its stages, within a subject or discipline it guarantees the increase of the quality of functions taking into account personal and non-personal components of the educational process. Objective: to analyze the different approaches of perception the evaluators of morphology and physiology subjects have in relation to the preparation of evaluative instruments aimed at improving the quality of the teaching work and evaluation instruments. Material and method: a descriptive, cross-sectional study comprising 22 professors of morphology and physiology subjects was conducted, to whom a survey exploring the criteria of the teaching work, in the period of final evaluation for a determined subject was applied. Results: less than half of the teachers do not have clarity in the individual and collective actions to be performed in the previous and final phases of the evaluation process of a subject. Conclusions: the methodological assessment of the existence of a bank of questions going through the analysis of the teaching staff, not always determine quality and suitability of the evaluation instrument, it is the scientific-methodological work of the teaching staff who guarantees the quality of the evaluation instrument and the reviews of errors made when designing the examination and use for students, giving quality and appropriateness to the teaching-educational process in a subject.
