Abstract

Background: the psychology and philosophy have tried profusely the theme about knowing oneself , allowing become the architect of life itself, to be faithful to oneself, to live life itself (more like a main character and less like a spectator ), always emphasizing on how difficult is to deepen into one's personality and how difficult is to recognize ourselves in the various facets that comprise it. Objective: to propose a session system to stimulate the construction of life projects in students at José Martí Pérez University of Sancti Spíritus . Conclusions: the process of building life projects requires a causal approach, where individual analysis is necessary, contextualized and dynamic of each student. The diagnostic study allowed an approach to counseling needs for its proper structuring and developing of a session system with a preventative , individualized, contextualized and dynamic approach of the process , which led to the clarification of the future of each of the targets of the students involved and effectively regulate their behavior to achieve the goals.
