The human body has received multiple symbolizations and representations during the humanity's history in wich the evolution of the medical sciences has played a fundamental roll in the construction of how the human beings are conceived, individual and collectively speaking. That´s why, medicine like science has perpetuated the precepts of the patriarchal dominance ideology in consonance with specific environments. It is indispensable that those who work in the sector of Health deepen and feel identified with the topic so that, from their work in the society, revert the imbalance between both sexes. Starting from the transversalization of the gender, a category prop to achieve a more integral attendance, will be able to impact in a better quality of men and women's life.
