Given the present situation of deterioration of Cuban coasts an informatic tool is implemented which includes a series of national technical and economical requirements. This informatic tool has the objective to provide the designer with an integral view of relevant elements to solve a given problem. In the present work are included the aspects that originated the tool, its main features and its application to several case studies.
