Rubble mound breakwaters are structures providing adequate to harbour infrastructure, so it is essential to have an appropriate knowledge of its behavior under wave action. Wave action generates several hydrodynamical effects on the breakwater, of which reflection is the object of this work. This work was realized in the «Laboratorio de Ingeniería Hidráulica de la Escuela Superior de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, del Instituto Politécnico Nacional de México», in a narrow channel with hydraulic generator of irregular waves and wave meter equipment controlled by computer. Given the above, it was possible to analyze the behavior of the incident waves group over the structures through wave reflection measurements, photographs and video, which represented information that was compared with results
