Introduction
The neuropathic and neuroischemic ulcers are of difficult cure. A unique and effective treatment does not exist, so it is necessary to combine them in oneself patient.
Objective
To compare the results of the surgery of minimum access and the conventional osteotomy with the use of factor of growth epidemic.
Methods:
A descriptive, prospective study of traverse court in a period of time of one year of study, with a universe of 63 patients who attended the consultation of angiology in a regular basis. A sample of 30 patients was obtained with presence of a bad plantar perforate.
Results:
It was obtained that: the surgical time was briefer and with less complications in the alone surgery of minimum access; the ambulatory surgery prevailed; there was a discreet prevalence of the neuroinfectious diabetic foot; the surgery of minimum access with use of factor of epidermal growth achieved the quickest closing.
Conclusions:
The surgery of minimum access is a therapeutic option with low risk of complications.
