^les^aSe presentó un caso de 63 años, femenina, que acude a consulta por historia de astenia, pérdida de peso e hipotensión de un año de evolución, añadiéndose en los últimos meses hiperpigmentación generalizada de piel y mucosas. Se interna en el Hospital Universitario Clínico Quirúrgico Comandante Faustino Pérez Hernández para estudio, donde se concluye como una enfermedad de Addison, con una respuesta satisfactoria al tratamiento específico.^len^aWe present the case of a female patient, aged 63 years, assisting the consultation for asthenia, weight loss and hypotension a year of evolution, adding in the last months generalized hyperpigmentation of the skin and mucosae. She was admitted in the teaching Clinic-Surgical Hospital Faustino Pérez Hernández for study, where we arrived to the conclusion that it was Adisson disease, showing a satisfactory answer to the specific treatment.
