^les^aSe hace una historia de la evolución que ha tenido la medicina familiar matancera, desde su surgimiento en el año 1985 hasta la actualidad, a través de los sucesos que desde el período inicial hasta hoy sirvieron de base al trabajo del médico y la enfermera de la familia explicándose los 3 cambios inherentes en toda su evolución (1985 a 2006, 2007-2008 y 2011 a la actualidad).
