The diagnosis process or clinical method is the application of scientific precepts in attending patients, users or health agents to determine the veracity in the health professional practice; all of them are terms acquiring an extraordinarily relevant meaning nowadays. The techno-scientific advance has favored significant progresses in knowledge. But during its stages, the health-disease process is affected; therefore, knowledge, skills and humanitarian acts are the bases of safe acting over persons in the National Health System.
