AMECHAZURRA OLIVA, Maritza et al. Digital collection for the learning of the subjects Philosophy and Society I and II in Medical Sciences. RCIM [online]. 2011, vol.3, n.1, pp. 87-97. ISSN 1684-1859.
An investigation with cuanti-qualitative approach was carried out with the objective of designing a digital collection for the learning of the subjects Philosophy and Society I and II in the career of Psychology, Mention in Health, on the basis of the difficulties in the employment of teaching aids. The available educational literature is scanty and disperse, and there are deficiencies in the treatment of diverse approaches to the Cuban and Latin American reality. Different methods, techniques and instruments were applied for the collection of data. Descriptive statistic and the analysis of qualitative data were used for processing the information, arriving to the following results: 88% of the students obtain low qualifications in the applied evaluation instrument evidencing difficulties in the understanding of the topics of the subject. A digital collection was designed, allowing the organization of the information so that it favors the students' learning, sustained by the didactic principles of the teaching learning process outlined by Addine F. which agree with the psychological and pedagogic foundation according to the principles stated by Salas Perea. Specialists who valued the proposal pointed out that it presents quality, attractive design and that is easy to interact with it.
