Hypertension (HTA) is one of the complex health problems prevalent in Cuba and the world. It is the main risk factor for cardiovascular disease and stroke. This paper deals with a software tool that helps determine health actions related to hypertension in primary health care through the Online Analytical Processing and Case Based Reasoning. The system is validated through expert analysis approaches, which consider it is 99 % reliable.
