The English discipline has the possibility to impart its teaching in a practical way, wich is basically developed using pair and group work, this allows to carry out activities of combined elaboration applying new methods in the education that they develop in the students values as: the laborious value, the colletivism, the responsability, etc. The fundamental objective is to teach the students to think and to act according to their time, strengthening the values that they already possess. The treatment of the values in English classes you can carry out in different moment of the class (motivation, presentation, practice, guided production and or liberate)and in different ways taking into account the functions you want to practice with the students and the skill you want to develop with them: speaking, writing, listening and reading as well as the values that are more evident in the objectives of each class. Presently work is suggested a series of exercises that can be used in general English classes or in English with specific purposes in the Superior Institute of Medical Sciences of Camaguiey and other levels of teaching of English to the arduos work of teaching and strengthening of the ethical moral values in the development of the values do not constitute a subject of the study plan, but a conception that should be present and should be materialized in the whole work system and activities of the school
