Abstract

ALVAREZ VAZQUEZ, Jorge. A formative process emergence: Values, principles and ethics in Education. Rev Hum Med [online]. 2002, vol.2, n.2. ISSN 1727-8120.

In the article was presented the characteristics of the international educational scenario succinctly, which offers a prospective vision and university education strategies with emphasis in the human values. A study of the Cuban national context from the perspective of the university-society relationship is carried out, with a particularization of that relationship from and toward the medical university and its social relevancy as a place which is demanded high responsibility because of its responsability as a mayor part of the civil society. The article dedicates wide attention to the study of the processes of the individual and grupal subjectivity and deals with the conceptualization of life projects, connected to the daily reality of the country. As medullar element, it approaches the formative process, its components, factors and actors involved, in the attainment of the strategy and the educational project. It intends to offer its contribution in the efforts that undertakes the Superior Medical Education in the improvement of the formative process that privileges the education of the professionals of this field in high human values
