The universal economic crisis is felt rigorously all over the world, affecting the political, social and environmental structures. The consequences of this situation have also influenced the own system of values of the Cuban society, and consequently health professionals especially the nursing personnel. Traditionally nurses have been considered bearers of valuable qualities such as, their respect to human beings, sensitivity, responsibility, courtesy, etc. This is why it is convenient to deal with this topic and its relationship with Primary Health Attention nursing personnel, taking as a base a bank of potential human values that can conform the human pattern profile that characterize this personnel, in agreement with the real scenario of the Cuban society. For all this, it was carried out a traverse descriptive study in Tula Aguilera, Julio A. Mella and Rodolfo Ramírez Policlinics in Camagüey Municipality. The research group was constituted by the total nursing personnel of this three areas (390) and 50 nurses from each policlinic were taken as a sample for a total of 150 (38,4% of the research group), as well as a small representation of patients and relatives(50 from each policlinic). As potential values were recognized by the own nursing personnel and by patients: responsibility, sensitivity, courtesy and industriousness and they also coincide that the most deteriorated value was courtesy
